“The admiring glances won’t stop – age and sex no bar! Everyone wants to know where I got my trousers from and where I had kept all these wonderful outfits hiding so long…
One Saturday I wanted to look scruffy and I pulled it off quite well. There was this girl with her boyfriend and she came up to me to ask me where I got my scarf and my shoes from and told her guy that she would love it if he dressed like me! I was flattered.
Colleagues love my trousers… I love them too. In fact, everyone comes around at work to give me a good look every morning and see what I’m dressed in. I have become an expert at mixing and matching and manage to look different everyday.
I can’t thank you enough – I feel so confident now and the vibes are so positive. Suddenly everyone wants to be with me, and I have to put them on hold!”

Greg got a fair few of casual shirts and tops, a great pair of jeans and a number of ideas on how to dress. He has been subsequently accused of losing weight (which he hasn’t) and is generally looking very good, so many thanks.
We are sorry he had to rush off before the end of the session but he was very busy at work at the time and it is frankly a miracle he was kept shopping for as long as he did; usually half an hour is his shopping limit. I was particularly impressed by the way that Carla would only let him buy things that she and he thought he would actually wear subsequently.

“Just wanted to say that my day with Carla was superb. I started out with some trepidation, but she quickly put me at ease and was great fun. We got straight to work, trying on loads of things that I wouldn’t have picked out myself in a million years, but when put together as outfits, looked really great on me. Carla knows her stuff, and was full of advice and little tips, showing me how to mix and match things, and what to avoid.
We managed to get so much done, and got loads of new clothes. On my own, I would have got all the wrong things and given up quickly! Carla made the whole thing very easy and enjoyable. Part of my reason for doing this was to help improve my self-confidence. I’m really pleased with my smart new outfits, and today I have sorted through all my clothes and got rid of all the boring old clothes, keeping only a few things.

“It was fantastic! Sarah had a whole range of clothes prepared, ready to try on. We discussed colours which I was really pleased to learn about. We then moved on to trying all sorts of clothes, many of which worked so well even from just seeing my photographs and what I had put in the questionnaire.
Sarah was a pleasure to get on with; had a great eye, was firm saying what didn’t work, went the extra mile in finding something that worked just right rather than nearly. She was willing to find things out for me e.g. on skincare. And she made it all very relaxed and comfortable and encouraging and great fun.
Both of us carried on without lunch and even when the time was up, Sarah very kindly was willing to show me a few more things that helped finish the session off. I now have a good idea of which brands work for me, the types of cut, colour and the best shops.

“My shopping experience with Steve in Manchester was very useful. I had lots of dress tips off Steve and it certainly helped me to start boosting my confidence with what clothes to go for that suit my body type etc.
Steve did send me out of my comfort zone – however it is what I needed! I had to promise to Steve to only wear my sailing jackets “WHEN I’M SAILING” he made sure of that several times!

“Thanks for the styling profile follow up after my personal shopping session. Steve was excellent. My previous personal shopping experience was basically being dragged around London hunting for clothes etc. And ultimately unsuccessful as too much of what I bought that day is still in my wardrobe unworn. I feared that this was the norm and a similar fate was in store with your company.
Your website was good with plenty of well written content and both yourself and Steve were very professional on the telephone. Steve met me promptly at the agreed time, we had a coffee and a chat and then set off. Doing the pre-shop helped a lot as we had a good starting point and it just got better from there really. I found Steve to be very professional and I really liked virtually everything he selected and I had a very enjoyable day. He was in no rush, nothing was too much trouble to find and he gave me a good grounding in what worked for me and what didn’t.
I went out over the weekend and had very positive comments on my clothes and style from both men and women. Normally I get… “you look smart/posh” but this time the response was different and far more positive. I’m very happy with what Steve sorted for me and the service from you. Thanks,”

Wardrobe Makeovers
“Roman made a lot of sense in what he said about the cut and shape of my wardrobe, which was great to hear. Needless to say over half of my wardrobe now hangs on the rails of the local charity shops and good riddance to it! Its made me realize that I need to be more careful when considering the shape of the clothes I wear, even if that means they are more expensive, but hey, I guess you get what you pay for.
You don’t need me to be asked twice to go clothes shopping so I have refreshed the wardrobe with some things that are more fitted and befitting of my age!” – Neal
